Key Account Manager (Rapid Diagnostics - Based in Central)

Responsible for planning and monitoring day-to-day activities to implement the organization's overall business strategy to achieve established objectives for assigned territory.
Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers for assigned territory.
Works to improve an organization's market position, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market.
Leading both strategic & all operational commercial activities in assigned territory for ARDx business:
Implement business strategy to be aligned with marketing Strategy and company direction.
Contribute to business development by providing extensive market intelligence relevant to maximizing ARDx product portfolio market opportunities in assigned region.
Manage and develop KOLs in the territory.
Track business results vs projected budget and outcomes objectives.
Support distribution partners including training, technical expertise of the ARDx product portfolio.
Identify customer issues and resolves them related difficulties.
Act as a resource for contract negotiation, pricing, proposal, bid preparation and all customer follow up.
Timely follow up and management of all leads that are distributed in assigned territory.
Coordinate and facilitate of market regulatory requirement & procedures.
Comply with Abbott Corporate Policies and Procedures. Ensure all business activities are conducted professionally, aligned with regulatory and industry guidelines and are conducted in a manner consistent with Abbott's Code of Conduct guidelines, and Abbott's Anti-Corruption Policy.
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
At least 3-5 experiences of working in healthcare industry with preferably in Diagnostics or Pharmaceutical companies.
Experienced in working with distribution partner or local spot dealers.
Conversant in English and Vietnamese.
Proficient skills in MS Office.
Aggressive, ability to work under high pressure.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
University Degree in Biologists, Pharmacists and MD preferable.
