In this role, the Senior Customer experience program leader is responsible for developing a Customer Experience strategy, within the supply chain. This Leadership role will be instrumental in shaping the strategy and building the program, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders and aligning the Program team across the regions and to ensure we can continue to enhance our service to our expanding customer base we want to analyse their diverse needs and tailor our supply chain model to best serve their requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties
Liaise with Global Program Office and Regional Supply Chain Directors and Commercial Stakeholders on Program scope.
Design program structure in conjunction with internal Supply Chain and Commercial resources and contracted external support.
Design and deploy a very clear roadmap for the program with clear timelines for collating and analysing the Customer insights.
Leverage benchmark information through competitive analysis to support our own customer insights.
Provide leadership for Global team on program execution.
Share and align insights and recommendations with Global Stakeholders.
Work with team to map out a clear timeframe to design and deploy solutions based on the Customer insights
