We are looking to recruit an entrepreneurial, ambitious and hardworking business professional with a drive to create markets for innovative products, who have a passion for identifying new business successfully, negotiating and closing opportunities.

This role is covering the West Yorkshire area.

Academic Requirements: University degree (any) - Marketing, Life sciences, Pharmaceutical, Business or Engineering degree desirable or demonstrated high achievements
Language Requirements: Excellent fluency in English.
IT Skills: You must have excellent skills in MS Office including Excel.
Experience: Demonstrated successful sales experience in highly customer focused company
Driving growth in the territory through active and constant customer engagement
Customer selection, targeted sales approach
Plan and execute on a quarterly an annual business plan. Strong management of existing revenue streams and customers as well as driving acquisition across the territory generating growth.
Efficient control of all resources and materials in his/her territory (demo kit)
Customer care for physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation
Ensuring products are sold and revenue gains are established within the limits of in-house guidelines,
Achieving the sales and financial targets for the territory
Managing contracts and pricing agreements in the territory, working with RSM's and PM's to ensure this is within the desired company bands.
Representing Stryker to all levels of HCP, commissioners and managers where required.
In-theatre knowledge and support where required
Completing quotes / reporting as and when required
Support in-person customer experience of our products through coverage of exhibits, trade shows and educational labs
