Creates site identification surveys for all phase protocols within the US Oncology Research Network by reviewing protocol document, sponsor feasibility questionnaires, and details provided by the clinical trial manager and manager of clinical programs. Works closely with the clinical trial manager to analyze available data from CTMS, iKnowMed Feasibility Tool, and other available sources to understand site study needs and patient population.
Retrieves, consolidates, and analyzes data and presents reports to team to use in supporting operational and business objectives. Enters new study information into various databases. Generates reports from various databases to support program management needs.
Provides administrative support to clinical operations team includes but is not limited to: scheduling meetings and calls, following up on outstanding sponsor documents, creation of site provision lists, taking minutes and supporting our overall business initiatives.
Support the operations team by with managing selective clinical research studies with low number of active patients on treatment and those with only patient in follow-up.

Minimum Job Qualifications: Education/Training -
Bachelor's degree in clinical or scientific discipline.
At least one-year clinical research experience or two years of business environment required.
Prior oncology research experience preferred
Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office required. Specialized Knowledge/Skills -

Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required.
