We are seeking a Sr. Associate Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ or Louisville, KY.
The Business Analyst is a technical-functional role that serves as a liaison between technology users and the technical team to improve technology tools and processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and written. They will have an ability to analyze and distill complex business needs into business requirements, features, and user stories in addition to configuring technical systems. This position will focus on implementing and improving the technology, processes, engagement and communication channels across the RxCrossroads Access & Adherence IT Solution Portfolio. This includes making the IT organization more effective leveraging technology tools to improve productivity management, collaboration and innovation
Recommend changes in technology products, process and service offerings; presents high-level benefits of recommendation and explains rationale for selection over alternative solutions
Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems
Perform configuration of new features through declarative programming and system configurations
Demonstrate product and service offerings for customers and end users
Prepares communications and makes presentations to improve technology awareness and solution portfolio teamwork effectiveness
Track and communication work status to stakeholders
Organizes and facilitates requirements and working sessions
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
1 to 2 years' experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology
5+ years' experience with Microsoft office suite tools and proficiency with MS Excel
Excellent professional writing skills for business and IT
Experience in business analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems
Ability to work independently with effectiveness
Additional Knowledge and Skills
Ability to effectively produce business requirements and functional documents
Proven ability to effectively produce accurate financial summaries and reports
Working experience and understanding SDLC in an Agile environment
Comfortable communicating business and technical requirements with a wide audience
Ability to manage details and organize and facilitate working sessions that identify needs and translate to solutions
Highly collaborative and persistent in the face of obstacles or challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including but not limited to facilitating meetings both in person and virtual settings as well as strong presentation skills
Proficient and confident with building and delivering presentations
Passion for problem solving and implementing solutions to increasingly complex problems
Working experience with Jira or comparable team collaboration tool preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field or equivalent experience
