The Clinical Trial Sourcing (CTS) Coordinato r will be a key customer service point of contact for a specific account base and work in conjunction with Global Account Specialists and Account Managers in answering inquiries and processing orders. This individual will interact with global customers and internal stakeholders from multiple business units both domestically and internationally. The individual will be a key representative of our business as they will have daily contact with our global customer base as well as supporting business units. The individual will manage customer inquiries, from pricing to sourcing strategy and monitoring delivery/shipping of orders. The CTS Sourcing Coordinator will also work with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that come up regarding customer orders, such as shipping, invoicing or damaged product deliveries.
Serve as key contact for customer accounts, managing their day-to-day request for process inquiries, orders and issue resolution to meet established service level agreements and quality assurance standards through providing "best in class" support.
Collaborate with Global Account Managers and Global Account specialists to meet customer needs and provide internal feedback and communication about accounts.
Document all requests, orders and issues in Salesforce and SharePoint in accordance with SOPs. Maintain and update transcripts for the lifecycle of all requests.
Communicate/Partner with DCs, Buyer Center, Credit team and other business partners to provide customer complete resolution and identify solutions.
2+ years customer service experience
Proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
SAP CRM Experience, Salesforce.com experience a plus
Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and organization
Organized and detail oriented
Problem solving / Conflict Resolution Skills
Excellent attendance record
Strong schedule adherence
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to work and communicate in a matrix environment
