The Clinical Health Strategist (CHS) will be responsible for developing the multi-channel patient journey to help overcome barriers and ensure adherence to therapy. Crafting this journey may require an in-depth analysis of brand market trends, market intelligence, secondary literature findings and additional patient insights to balance patient needs with the appropriate client investments. Working closely with the internal cross-functional team and external partners, the CHS will leverage health education principles to develop and ensure effective delivery of clinical and behavioral messaging for patients. The CHS will be a key resource within clinical adherence program operations and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for training on effective behavioral conversations techniques to optimize the patient experience and adherence to therapy.
Synthesize brand marketing and patient insights research, market and competitive intelligence to understand the target audience challenges. Creates a multi-channel patient support experience to meet patient needs and brand objectives (30%)
Understand and leverage key behavioral barriers to adherence to develop patient messaging and provide recommendations. Collaborate with clients on strategic and tactical planning to address patient needs with potential brand investment (20%)
Uncover key behavioral insights through secondary literature, and share with agents, and cross-functional team to better understand patient challenges. Serve as a resource for contact center coaches and make recommendations to increase coaching effectiveness across the patient journey (20%)
Leverage program data and qualitative agent feedback to optimize program design and messaging to be more effective (20%)
Collaborate with internal support team as well as external partners (i.e. client agency) to leverage developed communications (e-mail, direct mail, etc.) and integrate appropriately within overall messaging curriculum (10%)
B.S. degree in Health Education, health-related field, nursing, pharmacy, nutrition etc.
Health Coach Certification from a clinically-based health coach curriculum, preferred.
Business Experience -
Minimum 4 years experience in healthcare or wellness setting; professional licensure (RN, Rph, RD) may be a substitute for years of experience.
Experience in deploying Health Coaching in a contact center or worksite wellness setting preferred.
2 years' experience in patient consumer marketing within pharma, biopharma preferred.

Experience leading projects with external partners and cross-functional teams
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Ability to see the big picture and keep the team focused on the long-term goal
Familiar with conducting behavioral research and ability to synthesize complex information, quickly in a simple way
Knowledge of basic to intermediate level of behavioral-based conversations techniques
Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to cull insights and pull together key strategic recommendations for optimization
Proficiency in developing call guides and messaging to help patients overcome behavioral, clinical financial and operational barriers to adherence.
