Current Need : McKesson Pharmaceutical Solutions and Services is looking for an exceptional Sales Support Representative to join our Retail Support Solutions Team. The primary role for the SSR is to provide customer satisfaction through day to day account support and issue resolution. Has through working knowledge of internal systems, audit analysis, research, and reporting. Provides support and assistance to multiple Account Managers for Strategic, Community Pharmacy and Health account support and maintenance. Time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and interactions are crucial
Working knowledge of assigned accounts New account loads, including but not limited to Strategic Accounts, Community Pharmacy and Health, 340B, and MPB/Specialty Account maintenance.
Request and track customer new item requests; Contract DMEM; maintenance of various account tables including but not limited to Cross Reference tables, Substitution tables, Return matrix, Fuel surcharge, RED Fee table, Blocking tables, etc.
Resolve issues in an accurate and timely manner that provides the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Maintenance of Strategic account licensing and CSMP (Control Substance Monitoring Program)
Auditing account set ups and SOX compliance audits.
Manage reporting requirements for each account including report development. .
Documenting and storing account support processes Demonstrates organizational and time management skills.
Establishes good working relationships with internal/external partners.
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
0 - 2 years of relevant experience
2+ years of account management experience providing the highest level of issue resolution
Strong experience driving process to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Proven successful in communicating/collaborating with internal cross functional teams to gather information needed for customer resolution
Strong Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel to include some advanced functionality
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Outstanding written communication
Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple time sensitive priorities
Experience in working with various stakeholders in the development of technical solutions
Gathering and analyzing aggregate and objective feedback related to environment
Required: HS Diploma or equivalent
Associates degree preferred
