Director, Strategic Execution and Implementation

Position Description The Director, Strategic Execution and Implementation is responsible for oversight and leadership of assigned product lines for strategic and tactical customer implementations and onboarding activities for McKesson patient support programs. This role will be the secondary owner for all operational and strategic activities of customer onboarding and will be required to lead a team in successfully managing multi-faceted complex implementations. The Director will be charged with overseeing and monitoring activities and coordinating between various business units to ensure controls and processes are in place to drive success through the implementation process as well as being the escalation point for customers ensuring onboarding needs are being met. This individual is responsible for overseeing implementations and mentoring a team of strategic implementation specialists that drive consultative partnerships with our customers. The role is responsible to ensure their customer relationships are growing and ensuring long term program stability and providing strategic direction for their team while ensuring their teams' programs serve to advance the strategic and operational goals of our customers and McKesson. Provide subject matter expertise to sales and customer management to ensure assigned product growth. Representation in monthly sales and account meetings as well as presentation quarterly with those teams.
Minimum Requirements Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience with 4+ years of management experience. Critical Skills
