Responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales service to customers. Acts as liaison between customers and manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing and accounting to resolve status, production, delivery and billing inquiries. Reviews claims, processes customer inquiries, as well as expedites service and resolution.
Ensures business measures are in place that will reflect customer's viewpoints and deliver the highest level of quality and responsiveness.
Develops business cases to support new investments, sets aggressive goals and develops plans to achieve goals and takes full ownership of those goals.
First contact with GPO partner (including but not limited to MFC, DC's, and Customer Experience) on issues or problems. Must leave the customer satisfied that the problem/issue is being addressed.
Contributes to development of new GPO agreement implementation plans.
Responsible for establishing measurements and enforcing processes for quality assurance.
Ability to solve and resolve issues related to customer service, process improvement and departmental goals and strategies.
Builds and enhances customer/supplier relations to enhance process improvement. Meet or exceed defined customer service levels that directly influence the department's achievement of targeted customer satisfaction goals.
Demonstrates subject matter expert (SME) knowledge on assigned GPO/Corporate Customer agreements/Government Process, including knowledge of accounts, contracts, financial status, account profile and trends.
Audit, monitor, and report customer's actual results against customer's forecast, budget, and contractual commitments (e.g. pricing, sales volume, payment terms, generic purchases, rebates and administration fees).
Extract master data and transactional data from SAP, BW, and master file. Analyze and identify anomalies and trends.
Provide operational support regarding Contract pricing, Customer COG, Credit and Rebill processing and Customer Account Coding.
5+ years' customer service, sales or operational support experience and demonstrated leadership skills. Depending on area of assignment may be required to have relevant healthcare experience
To provide superior customer relations with national account acute customers. Maintain day to day customer contact with customer corporate appointed contact. Overall customer service in responding and meeting customer issues, resolving complaints, maintaining system files, relationship building. Has thorough working knowledge of internal systems, analysis, research and contract compliance. Ability to extract and manipulate data from multiple system platforms, strong analytical background including proven examples of process improvements
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office - Access, Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formatting)
Strong customer service experience
Exceptional business written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously
Bachelors degree preferred
3-5 years of account management experience
SAP (MM, FI & SD modules, BW reporting)
Word & PowerPoint skills a plus
Process improvement capabilities
Healthcare experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Thorough knowledge of company functions and the effects of data changes to specific departments
4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
