Position Description
The role of Performance & Engagement Specialist supports the Talent Management team's focus of developing core methodologies and frameworks that instill the right culture at McKesson.

The role will support various projects that drive employee engagement, culture and inclusion. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Performance & Engagement and will collaborate with the VP, McKesson Technology Human Resources and leaders within various HR Centers of Excellence, business units and functions.

Key stakeholders include employees across all work environments, people leaders, HRBPs, TMD leaders, and other members of the HR community (Workforce Planning & Analytics, HR Support Center, Employee Relations).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the strategic management of content, frameworks, processes, systems, training and tools that support Engagement, Performance Management, non-executive Onboarding and other team priorities, as assigned
• Work with workforce analytics COE to analyze employee survey data, prepare insights, and development people initiatives to address feedback.
• Contribute to and support socialization, implementation, change and sustainment plans of specific Performance and Engagement programs and strategies based on the analysis of business goals, objectives, needs and general business environment.
• Support the planning and execution of non-executive onboarding; including assisting with designing program components, content curation, best practice research and technology utilization.
• Support the employee engagement and manager quality surveys and develop the required tools to ensure ownership of results as well as the development of impactful action plans
• Manage the MT recognition/awards program, including establishing the criteria, collecting nominations, working with HRBP and executive leaders to make selections, and developing supporting communications plan/communications. With event management & employee communications, plan the logistics of award ceremony.
• Coordinate employee engagement actions across MT talent hubs with local hub leaders through leading monthly meetings, maintaining tech hub SharePoint pages, drafting and distributing hub highlights, facilitating cross-hub event coordination and running/distributing periodic reports.

Minimum Requirements
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant operations or business process experience.

Additional Skills & Knowledge

• Experience using Workday Human Capital Management System
• Knowledge of Microsoft collaboration tools and Office 365
• Track record of success measuring and evaluating program effectiveness and/or tracking progress towards behavioral change
• Strong interpersonal and consulting skills - ability to assess needs, collaborate and deliver practical solutions that drive results, excellent listener that seeks to understand multiple viewpoints
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate across all levels and multiple environments
• Experience working and building relationships with vendors/third party providers
• Approachable and professional - has a positive attitude and is willing to help others

Education
Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or equivalent experience.
