Participants in the Ipsen Leadership Development Program will be placed in a 24-month rotation program, consisting of four rotations across Global Business Development, Sales, Global Product & Portfolio Strategy, Value & Access, Brand Marketing or Business Operations.Upon completion of the program, participants will be equipped with expertise and experience to advance in a destination role.
Rotations will include on-the-job learning, professional mentoring, skills training, and the ability to contribute to the operations critical to Ipsen’s success. The program offers a full-time role and provides future leaders the opportunity to gain broad and meaningful work experiences that prepare them for a career in the biopharmaceutical industry.
The Ipsen Leadership Development Program was designed for advanced degree candidates interested in a leading global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving lives through innovative medicines in Oncology, Rare Disease and Neuroscience.

Education / Certifications:
Completed (or will be completed by Sept. 2021) Master’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent graduate degree
Bachelor’s degree required
Educational focus in Scientific study preferred
3-5 years of related work experience before MBA program
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred, but not necessary
Fluency in English required
Other European languages are an asset
