McKesson's Provider Education and Engagement (PE&E) team works with manufacturers to bring education and peer-to-peer engagement opportunities to our affiliated medical providers though a variety of programs including live meetings, in-practice educational programs and via digital modalities, such as e-mails and webcasts.
The Sr. Associate Product Manager will support our Digital Education portfolio, managing all program operations including client engagement, coordination with key internal and external stakeholders, coordinating content development and management, maintaining program schedules, and tracking and reporting performance metrics to all stakeholders. S/he will also be expected to analyze the portfolio's performance data, optimize the offerings and generate new product innovation aligned with customer needs, enabling the growth of our Digital Education Services franchise, and for achieving / exceeding yearly revenue targets for product areas of responsibility.
The right candidate must possess excellent communications skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, and strong project management skills. This position will require expertise in collaboration across cross-functional teams and the ability to make informed decisions in a timely manner, often in sensitive situations requiring scrupulous attention to detail.
Manage operations related to Digital Education program (customer engagement, program and project management, coordination with key stakeholders, and metrics reporting to internal and external stakeholders).
Analyze portfolio's performance data and optimize offerings to fit the customer needs.
Conduct primary and secondary research to capture insight on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, then translate these market insights into new product requirements.
Collaborate with other stakeholders to drive and support process improvements for current and new services within portfolio.
General support to the Provider Education & Engagement team as needed.
Typical Minimum Requirements
Typically requires 2+ years of relevant product and/or project management or digital marketing experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field, with an emphasis on Digital Marketing preferred
2+ years of experience managing projects and/or programs
2+ years of product marketing or digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
2+ years customer-facing role experience
Experience with JIRA, Workfront, or other project management software preferred
Experience with Salesforce preferred
Experience with Marketo or other marketing software preferred
Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
Exception customer services skills required
Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, constantly striving for excellence
Ability to work with colleagues varying in seniority and work experience
Advanced computer skills across all Microsoft Office applications
Business maturity, with the ability to maintain composure in difficult situations
