| Current Need Macro Helix is seeking a Senior Associate S oftware Quality Analyst, (SQA), who has experience with Tosca Automation in Atlanta, GA. Job Summary The QA Software Analyst will collaborate with our team to perform functional testing as well as collaborate with our team to automate test cases for regression and functional testing to deliver a quality product to our clients.
Key Responsibilities - Evaluates and tests new or modified software programs and software development procedures used to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to establishment guidelines.
- Writes, revises, and verifies quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation to ascertain quality of software.
- Review new or modified program, including documentation, diagram, and flowchart, to determine if program will perform according to user request and conform to guidelines.
- May review computer operating log to identify program processing errors. Create Test cases and Tosca automation scripts that will tests program for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to establishment standards.
- May identify differences between establishment standards and user applications and suggest modifications to conform to standards.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years' experience in software and/or program testing
Education
4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience Critical Skills - Must have strong experience with testing tool (ALM, qTest, etc.)
- Must have strong analytical and test case scenario creation skills
- Must have experience writing and executing SQL queries
- Experience with the Tricentis automation tools such as Tosca is preferred
- Familiar with Git and with Git workflows including tagging, branching, and integration
- Experience writing scripts using Java TestNG/JUnit, Build Management with Maven, Maven TestNG Integration, and Database testing using MS SQL Server.
Additional Knowledge & Skills - Experience with Selenium automation tool is a plus
- Experience working with Agile tools preferably JIRA and Confluence
- Strong knowledge of SDLC/Agile/is preferred
- Strong analytical and technical skills is preferred
- Strong communication skills, independent work, and self-starter is preferred
- Experience in Health Care, pharmaceuticals or managed care is a plus.
- Experience in using Cucumber is a plus.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in API tools and testing is a plus
- Experience in Performance testing is a plus.
- License/Certification: TOSCA AS1 and TOSCA AS2 is a plus
