Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in New Albany, OH. The responsibilities of this position consist of answering inbound calls from existing Health Mart Atlas members which can result in providing an answer at that moment, additional research within the internal systems or triaging with other departments regarding PBM contracts or payments. It will also require outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, returning voicemails left for the department and partaking in call campaigns. Representatives are expected to provide timely and accurate responses and call notes to inquiries and efficient resolution to issues. This position requires excellent communication, customer service, time management and follow-up skills.

Current Need

Monday through Friday 11:00am to 8:00pm

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience

Critical Skills

• 3+ years Customer Service within a call center environment
• Pharmacy operation (pharmacy technician) and/or managed care experience/knowledge preferred
• 3+ years of customer resolution involving research and follow up

Additional Knowledge/Skills

• Effectively manage customer expectations in terms of service and issue resolution
• Maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical industry products, trends, and processes
• Effectively communicate marketing intelligence to Business Development, Marketing, or appropriate department

Education/Training

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
