The Project Engineer will be responsible for field construction engineering and will supervise site based Field Engineers, Contract Administrators and document control personnel.

1. Develop all bid package scopes of work & technical documents
2. Responsible for technical portion of all equipment and construction contracts
3. Perform material and equipment expediting
4. Manage document control, RFIs and submittals
5. Manage project turnover process
6. Responsible for the RFI process and communication with the engineer(s)
7. Document non-conformance reports and resolves issues
8. Manage the project quality control program
9. Manage and participate in the development of turnover packages
10. Support commissioning and qualification requirements
