Regional Facilities Manager- Life Sciences
JOB SUMMARY The purpose of this position is to manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance of facilities within a region. Scope of services in the region include GxP Production and facility maintenance, janitorial services, and additional services provided by outside suppliers. The Regional Facility Manager (RFM) will serve as the Facility Manager (FM) of their home site and supervise the FM's based in the other sites within the region. The RFM will lead a team of Managers, technical and non-technical Maintenance Technicians, Engineers, and other administrative staff (i.e.: Planners, Data Admin) working within the facilities of a Life Sciences client.
