To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of complicated large-scale projects and ensure all the assigned projects are delivered on scope, on time and on budget and aligned with company policy and process, with high levels of customer satisfaction. Especially to manage critical account based multiple projects portfolio, satisfy customer and support sales to grow up more business from installed base.
Responsible for successfully planning, controlling and managing major customer projects which require the commitment of significant skills and resources.
Manage critical account based multiple project programs and portfolios.
Manage project teams that include lead engineer, site manager, and administrative support and third-party vendors.
Manage IoT/XR/Advanced Analytics around solution implementation in different industries.
Manage multi-function and multi-vendor efforts to plan and implement multiple, integrated system solutions to customers' complex projects.
Optimize project management best practices and help import it to all projects.
Implement appropriate projects/programs/portfolios management process & tools of the company to ensure all projects/programs/portfolios are delivered on scope, on time and on budget with high levels of customer satisfaction.
Define and determine role of project management in each project, including specific roles and responsibilities for each project member.
Prepare communication plan and related project status reports to key stakeholders to provide project updates on activities and deliverables, as well as risks and mitigation strategies.
Define and manage overall change control processes and quality assurance aspects of the project to ensure project success.
Define and manage overall project risk identification and mitigation process through interaction with project stakeholders.
Identify on a timely basis all project barriers and identify strategies and approaches to overcome these barriers.
Complete and manage project activities using an industry standard project management process and approach to ensure a consistent approach to project completion with other similar projects within the organization.
Manage the Five Project Management Process Groups flow from one phase into another. Beginning with Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control, Close.
Coach & provide feedback to project team members on their performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure assigned proposal have right commitment on cost and schedule.
Support Proposal Review to ensure cost and schedule committed.
Leverage various resources to ensure the project team to meet project requirements defined in sales contract.
Manage team performance to develop team capability and motivate the team.
Work with delivery manager to make project manpower forecasting and balance.
Work with delivery manager to optimize project management best practices of each vertical and roll out to all projects
Support sales to manage critical accounts' satisfaction and grow up more new opportunities and change orders.

Educational Qualifications/ Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent knowledge.
Minimum 8 years of related work experience in enterprise level IT solution implementation.
Minimum 4 years of experience in MES or equivalent project management experience.
Project experience in at least three verticals from the industries of Auto , Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Mining, Semi-conductor, and others
Proficiency using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management principles and practices, with an ability to blend multiple methodologies as necessary based on client project requirements
One or more related certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
Familiar with RA IS/IA products
Familiar with RA Suites based MES solutions
Demonstrated success at simultaneously managing multiple million complex large-scale projects/programs, especially for company strategical critical accounts.
Extensive experience with direct customer contact is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Excellent conflict resolution and people interface skills.
Manage large multi-million turnkey project experience including multi-vendors and third-party supply.
Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites. Travel can vary on assignment from 0% to 100% but can average 50%
