Compensation & HRIS Specialist/HR Operations Partner
Job Responsibilities: Compensation Activities and Stock Option Management - Assist in merit and variable pay processes, create spreadsheets, help with communication preparation and distribution
- Prepare base file for budgeting process and help with request for data from multiple teams
- Assist employees with exercising stock options and respond to queries
- Review and update sales incentive plan documents annually for sales teams.
- Collate data for calculation of sales incentive payouts every quarter
- Maintain role document repository & obtain updates from Business Partners as required.
- Participate in annual compensation survey: ensure correct job mapping for incumbents.
Payroll, Audit, Recognition Awards - Manage Internal SOX Audit, External SOX Audit, Internal Audit, External Audit, Payroll Audit, Stock Option Audit, and any other impromptu audit requests.
- Conduct semi-annual reconciliation of payroll information in ADP and SAP to ensure data always matches.
- Administer service awards quarterly. Ensure certificates and gift cards are ordered.
- Manage the ASPIRE Recognition Award process quarterly.
- Ensure terminated employees paperwork is completed and stored. Store/file any other paperwork for personnel files.
- Lead the digitization of personnel files
- Complete biweekly Payroll Action Forms and share with payroll for processing
- Maintain organizational chart & update updates from Business Partners as required.
HRIS - Manage Kronos access for all employees in Princeton. Complete new user setups, terminations, password resets etc. for employees.
- Create Holiday calendar & input Time-off entitlements in Kronos.
- Ensure non-exempt employees key data into Kronos and check on bi-weekly basis reports to ensure that managers have signed off on hours.
- Support HR Shared Services in digitization and data integrity efforts
Experience: 2-3 years in relevant areas in Human Resources with a bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Must have experience in SAP or other HRIS; Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills Equal Opportunity Employer: Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled An Equal Opportunity Employer.
