About the Team / Business Unit
Our Life Sciences Practice has grown organically with a stable base and is now in a position to accelerate its growth trajectory across our key European markets of the UK, Germany/ Switzerland, and France.
About Yourself:
Are you an experienced professional in business consulting and digital technologies with a strong Life Sciences knowledge and a network of existing CxO clients?
This will enable you to help Cognizant to drive client digital agendas.
You will also bring experience in selling and leading a team in the delivery of digital strategy, business transformation initiatives, re-design of functions, or the underlying technology solutions and platforms will be at the heart of the role.
You are a leader who encourages trust and confidence with new ways of thinking and crucial actions
You are highly adaptive of dynamic environments
You are customer-orientated and keeping up to date with market and technology trends
You have an ambitious spirit and are a problem solver
Skills:
Must Haves:
Strong domain knowledge and consulting experience in Bio-Pharmaceuticals or MedTech industries
Knowledge of European regulatory landscape, commercial industry dynamics and changing business models
Demonstrable experience in leading and connecting multi-disciplinary teams
Proven track record in Digital Solutions selling in Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain or Regulatory domains
Fluent German and English skills required
