Specialist- DeGrado Lab Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry University of California, San Francisco
The Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry is now recruiting a Specialist at the Associate or Full ranks. The candidate will be responsible for protein engineering using computational methods as well experimental yeast display. The candidate will also be responsible for mammalian and bacterial protein expression and X-ray crystallography.
Required Qualifications: • Associate Specialist: A master’s degree (or equivalent degree) or five to ten years of experience in the relevant specialization. • Full Specialist: must possess a terminal degree (or equivalent degree) or ten or more years of experience in the relevant specialization. • Candidate must meet the qualifications at the time of hire. Candidate’s CV or cover must state qualifications (or if pending) upon submission.
Preferred Qualifications: • Post-graduate training in field
