Basic computer knowledge/skills. Fast and correct typing at 30 WPM

Education: Minimum of two years college education. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. (Experience in medical call center, public health or other medical setting).
Experience: Typically, six months or more experience in medical call center, public health or other medical setting. Call Center experience preferred.
