PGY1 Pharmacy Residency

The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio is a 555-bed Community Teaching hospital that offers 4 PGY1 Pharmacy positions. At The Christ Hospital, you will encounter a residency experience that is individualized and structured around you. Our preceptors are dedicated clinicians with an enthusiasm for residency training. You will be challenged to strengthen your clinical knowledge, gain research experience and develop numerous skills such as leadership, communication, and time management. Required Rotations (8 month-long): Orientation, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, Cardiology, Ambulatory Care, Antimicrobial Stewardship, Drug Policy Longitudinal Rotations: Research, Staffing, Medical Emergencies, Pharmacy Management, Education and Communication Elective Rotations (choose 3): Oncology (inpatient or outpatient), Primary Care, NICU, Academia, Palliative Care, Advanced repeat of a required rotation Teaching Opportunities:
