The Senior Manager, Patient Support Services is a critical role in the Regeneron Patient Support Services group. Under the direction of the Dupixent MyWay Program Lead, this individual will lead key projects, running new technologies, and will have significant influence on the future of Dupixent MyWay’s support offerings. This individual will contribute to the implementation and execution of new tactics designed to provide best-in-class customer support and minimize access barriers to allow patients to start and stay on Dupixent. This role will develop and maintain a high-level of collaboration with all cross-functional Regeneron and Alliance partners, including Field Teams, Brand Marketing, Market Access, Legal, Market Research, and Finance. The position is based out of Sleepy Hollow, New York and requires a highly motivated individual that is able to work cross-functionally in order to accomplish objectives.
With guidance from the Dupixent MyWay Lead, run all aspects of the assigned projects and communicate the progress of key initiatives to all internal and external partners on a regular basis.
Lead the JRC process to ensure tools and tactics are rolled out to the field teams on time and within budget.
Partner effectively with Alliance and Supplier partners to identify and execute innovative tactics that advance the patient journey, achieve brand objectives, generate efficiencies, and enhance the overall patient experience.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned projects.
Ensure that key partners, such as Marketing, Training, Legal, Regulatory, Analytics, Sales, and the field reimbursement teams have the tools and knowledge needed to effectively execute our innovate tactics.
Understand and analyze program data to succinctly communicate key information to different functional areas.
Follow all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of Regeneron activities.
Support other Patient Support Service programs as needed.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience working for or with pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working on or managing a reimbursement or patient services program is highly preferred
Preferred areas of experience include 2-4 years market access (e.g. field reimbursement, account management, marketing, trade, or field sales), 2-4 years commercial operations, and 2-4 years project management. Finance, pricing, contracting, auditing and or economic / quantitative modeling is preferred.
Possess excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills. This includes demonstrating an understanding of how to raise issues/concerns, and effectively communicate with others, especially those in other functional areas.
Successful candidates will have a strong patient focus and an understanding of patient support services strategy and operations.
Experience in specialty pharmacy product launches preferred.
Previous experience with product management/payer/reimbursement marketing is vital.
Excellent oral and written communication skills needed
Excellent clinical, financial, and analytical skills and acumen crucial
Prefer previous experience in managing a reimbursement or patient assistance program.
Ability to handle multiple projects and excellent ability to prioritize work and meet timelines.
Clear understanding of the implications of payer and reimbursement policy impact on prescriber and patient behaviors as well as sales force activity.
