We are currently seeking a Sterile Compounding Coordinator at Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC), the 685-bed flagship hospital of Community Medical Centers. CRMC is home to the only Level 1 trauma center and comprehensive burn center in the Valley serving 2.5 million people within 9 counties. The Sterile Compounding Coordinator has primary responsibility for the compounding of sterile products within the pharmacy. The incumbent ensures regulations are being met in the validation of designated cleanroom/bufferroom areas and continual monitoring of particulate airflow. This position also ensures competency evaluation and documentation of all compounded sterile product activities, adhering to record keeping requirements, monitoring the quality assurance program for compounded sterile products, and maintaining overall compliance with required workflow by employees who work in the cleanroom/bufferroom areas.
