For more than thirty years Priority One Services has provided many of the leading government, academic, and pharmaceutical research facilities a full-range of vivarium management,laboratory animal care, and biomedical research services in support of their mission critical requirements. We are looking for a Account / Project Manager with an excellent track record in supporting the staffing and personnel requirements of a major Life Sciences’ customer.
This job requires a commitment to provide the highest level of customer support and account management services to our client. The successful candidate will work with our team of recruiters, HR, and benefits professionals to interview, hire, and retain exceptional employees to staff this contract.
The job requires the successful candidate to be the liaison and primary source of contact between our client’s management personnel and Priority One. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of understanding the client’s staffing requirement, placement of qualified new hires, and all related matters of retention for the new employees. To be a successful member of our team the selected candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a solid understanding and proven experience in the following skillsets –
Ability to listen to the client and understand the requirement
Assignment as the primary point-of-contact for client to address any issues or concerns
Ongoing communication with client regarding status of new hire
Ensure the hiring will be a timely placement
Work with our recruiters and HR team to place and retain the best new hires for the job
Clearly describe the job’s requirements and expectations to the new hire
Ensure the client’s job description and the candidate’s experience and interest align
Reconcile the candidate’s past performance and relevant experience to the requirement
Determine if there are any areas of potential concern
Leverage the candidate’s strengths and passions for the job
Offer timely feedback and recognition to the hired employees
Prepare and analyze deliverables utilizing meaningful measures of performance through SLAs and KPIs
Provide a flexible management approach to meet our client’s changing requirements
Continuously seek opportunities for cost reductions and efficiencies
Provide and solicit performance feedback from both client and placed employees
Ensure a long-term relationship by maintaining timely and open communications between the client and the management team of Priority One Services.

Significant direct-client experience in the Life Sciences’ industry
AALAS certification preferably CMAR
Ability to travel 6 days per month
Strong skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
