Where the Chemistry Happens
We are seeking a professional like you to independently manage the development of projects, regulatory strategies, submission activities and registration actions associated with pesticide products, lead re-registration defense activities for assigned products, and represent BASF by participating in FIFRA-related industry meetings/committees.

Formula for Success
Leveraging your education in the agriculture field (or related scientific discipline) combined with your experience in the AgChem, Pharmaceutical, or Life Science industry and pesticide registration, you will lead cross-functional project teams that develop data, supporting North America registration of pesticidal products.
Using your excellent project management and organizational skills, you will develop and implement strategies to achieve U.S. (and potentially assist with Global) registration of pesticidal products.
Your comprehensive working knowledge of FIFRA with a proven track record for successfully registering pesticide and/or pesticidal products will be a valued asset as you create regulatory dossier submissions for U.S. EPA and international regulatory authorities according to global harmonized guidelines.
Your superior communication skills will be a valued asset as you engage in EPA regulatory activities through interactions in industry and agency associations, with an emphasis on pesticidal products.
Successfully engaging inside and outside the organization, you will provide regulatory support and service to internal technical and business teams, company customers, and sub-registrants.
Demonstrating your ability to find new solutions where principles, guidelines and targets are partly or only broadly defined, you will advise the APN business teams on regulatory issues that impact company sales and profit. Additionally, you will explore alternative regulatory strategies that can benefit the business.
